I’m so glad you’ll be joining on this journey!
First of all, don’t be fooled by the name. While “Dare you to Dream” is a dare – it is not intended to be challenging.
Think of it as intention-setting for the new year, but cozier.
If you’re ever lost or confused, come back to this page for the big picture. You’ve got this and I’m so proud of you for choosing to dream!
Here’s What to Expect
Beginning Saturday, January 18th you’ll get a daily email in your inbox with a prompt to warm up your dreaming muscles, along with a template or tool to help bring those thoughts out of your head and onto paper, in the physical space where you can see them.
There will also be an action of the day -something you can do in 15 minutes or less- to keep you thinking about those desires.
If this sounds overwhelming or too much, then scale it back. The point is to spend some amount of time with your dreams every day during these two weeks.
The heart wants what it wants. 😉
What You’ll Gain
The reason this is a dare is because it can be scary to dream. It can remind us of what we don’t have or haven’t done. It can bring on memories or feelings that we don’t care to deal with. I get it. But pushing down those desires certainly can’t allow them to become reality – it won’t even make the desires go away!
By accepting this dare, you will:
- Come away with increased clarity on what you truly desire for the season ahead (and maybe even beyond)
- Create a physical reminder of those intentions and desire to act as a North Star for your choices in 2025, and
- Receive a cute certificate recognizing you as a trained Dreamer! =D
Tips for Success
This isn’t a race to do the most or complete the fastest. Again, the goal is to build a habit of creating space for your intentions. It’s that very act that brings the clarity needed to see those things come to life. So…
- Take each day one bite at a time. Only you know how big a bite you can swallow each day
- Just try. There will be several intention styles offered, and some won’t be right for you. But please avoid the temptation to skip that day’s prompt. Still try – just do it in the way that feels right for you. <3
